Yes! Personal training is suitable for anyone. It doesn’t matter if you are starting out on your fitness journey, preparing for a marathon, recovering from an injury or gearing up to participate in a competition/tournament. There is always something for everyone!
By having a personal trainer to guide you on a one-to-one basis, you will soon realise how much you can benefit from it. It’s similar to having a gym/training buddy, but this “buddy” will have the proper qualifications, skills and tools to guide you to achieve your goals. Plus, it’s always a bonus to have a cheerleader in your corner!
This could very well be the question of all questions! You can expect to FEEL the results of your personal training sooner than you SEE them. This can range from improvements in sleep, mood and energy levels to having greater ease with daily movements and routines to feeling less stress and pent-up. With regards to physical appearance, it tends to take longer to develop. It would also depend on your consistency, frequency and diet. That’s where a personal trainer comes into play to ensure that you stay on course to achieve your goals!

Have an open mindset and be ready to take on new challenges along the way. If any equipment is required for the class, our personal trainer will inform the client. Most of the time, they can provide it during the class. However, you can consider purchasing your own equipment to workout in your spare time.
