Yes! Personal training is suitable for anyone. It doesn’t matter if you are starting out on your fitness journey, preparing for a marathon, recovering from an injury or gearing up to participate in a competition/tournament. There is always something for everyone!

By having a personal trainer to guide you on a one-to-one basis, you will soon realise how much you can benefit from it. It’s similar to having a gym/training buddy, but this “buddy” will have the proper qualifications, skills and tools to guide you to achieve your goals. Plus, it’s always a bonus to have a cheerleader in your corner!

So? It doesn’t matter that you’re not in your best shape. What matters is your mindset. If you want to get in better shape, a personal trainer can do that for you.

Of course you can! We are all humans and we definitely need the fuel to get us through the day. However, do give yourself at least an hour or two for digestion. Ideally, have some food rich in energy to aid in your training.

We wish we had the perfect answer to this too! Unfortunately, we don’t. It really depends on each individual, their goals and if they have a specific time frame to achieve these goals.

With regards to physical appearance, it tends to take longer to develop. It would also depend on your consistency, frequency and diet. That’s where a personal trainer comes into play to ensure that you stay on course to achieve your goals!

1. Type of training class

2. Location/venue

3. Schedule to match that of yours

They sure are! All of our personal trainers are certified by one of the following entities:

ACE – American Council on Exercise

NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine

ISSA – International Sports Sciences Association

ACSM – American College of Sports Medicine

NSCA – National Strength and Conditioning Association

Plus all of them have a valid current license.

Have an open mindset and be ready to take on new challenges along the way. If any equipment is required for the class, our personal trainer will inform the client. Most of the time, they can provide it during the class. However, you can consider purchasing your own equipment to workout in your spare time.
