Black Widow’s Training
She works as a spy, but she also has the necessary combat skills to defend herself when the time calls for it. Black Widow’s training is a full body workout suitable for beginners to the more advanced individuals. All of these exercises when put together will form a high-intensity workout. This is great for burning away fats. It does not matter what gender you are as the Black Widow’s training is no walk in the park at all.
The Workout Plan
Each set has a total of nine exercises that you will be doing. Ideally, try to get through all the nine exercises without stopping. Allow yourself not more than 30 seconds rest between each exercise if you are unable to do so. For every completed set, the ideal rest time would be 30 seconds too. If you are just starting out, you can take a longer rest but not exceeding 2 minutes. Based on your fitness level, follow the infographic above indicating the different levels of sets to complete. The ultimate goal would be to complete at least 10 sets with just a 30 second rest period between sets.
The individual Exercises
Before you start your Black Widow’s training, it is important to take a look at these exercises and learn how to do them properly. Some of them such as push-ups and squats are pretty straightforward. Others like the triangle crunches and bridge taps are more complicated. It is important for you to perform them right to prevent yourself from potentially getting injured. Even for the easier exercises, you would want to ensure you are isolating the correct muscles to maximise the results.
